Every day brings new challenges at Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH). Every day, 618 children and young people from across the UK arrive. Every day, doctors and nurses battle the most complex illnesses, and the brightest minds come together to achieve pioneering medical breakthroughs. And every day is a chance for you to make a difference. This extraordinary hospital has always depended on charitable support to give seriously ill children the best chance to fulfil their potential.

31 Media, organisers of the European Software Testing Awards, are proud to support Great Ormond Street Hospital, and will be raising funds for this very worthy cause tonight. There will be a prize draw held after dinner, where one lucky winner will win a fantastic prize.

All proceeds from the prize draw will be donated to the charity.

Laura Savory, senior fundraising manager at Great Ormond Street Hospital Children’s Charity, said: “We’re so grateful to the European Software Testing Awards for the generosity and support they have shown over the years. The money raised will help make a huge difference to young patients and families from across the UK.”

Great Ormond Street is one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals and brings together the broadest range of dedicated children’s healthcare specialists under one roof in the UK.

The hospital’s pioneering research and treatment gives hope to children who are suffering from the rarest, most complex and often life threatening conditions, from across the country and beyond.

The Charity needs to raise money to help rebuild and refurbish Great Ormond Street Hospital, provide vital up to date equipment and fund research into better treatments for the children.

A better future for seriously ill children starts here.
